The Summer of the Mac & Cheese Bagel
I'm a bagel addict. I literally eat a bagel every day (yes, I know that can't be healthy...). I mix it up between plain, maybe some chocolate chip, raisin... *snores*. Enter... the Mac & Cheese Bagel.
The mac, the myth, the legend…
When I heard Einstein was coming out with a Mac & Cheese bagel specifically for our Midwestern appetites, I was so proud. They hear us! They really do!
The Mac & Cheese Bagel is part of the Flavors Across America summer menu. You can get a Mac Bagel with shmear or get one of their sandwiches (or all of the above, like I did)! Get to know more about their sandwiches (and a bonus one at the end of this post!) below.

"You can never go wrong with your favorite comfort foods" says Einstein Bros, and I have to agree. On a peaceful Sunday morning I put on my finest pajamas and set out to explore Flavors Across America. My local Einstein Bros is absolutely ~*buzzing*~ on a weekend morning so I set up camp in line and admired the Mac & Cheese Bagels staring at me through the glass.
I snagged my daily cold brew and said to the cashier "I'LL TAKE ONE OF EVERYTHING" (not really but moving on).
The Cheesy Mac Breakfast is everything I ever wanted for breakfast. Thick-cut bacon, cheese, eggs (you can get one or two), cheese, Annie's Mac and Cheese, and cheese. It really wakes you up with its golden, sun-like appearance.

After I ordered my sandwiches, I took a short drive to Liberty Memorial, one of the most iconic places in Kansas City. I looked out upon the beautiful city behind my mountain of bagels.
