DESCRIPTION
I snagged a pepperoni pizza and a few grilled cheese sandwiches from Pickleman's in Waldo and headed downtown. I almost didn't make it to my destination because the food just smelled TOO DAMN GOOD. After my long journey down Ward Parkway, I stopped at 26th and Summit St to admire the absolutely gorgeous Kansas City inspired murals. You can see these beauties from I-35 south, and I had been absolutely ITCHING to visit them! All in all, happy adventure, happy stomach.
