A Few of my Favorite Brunch Items from The Town Co

It was difficult to decide what to feature here, but here are a few of my favorite things from The Town Co’s new brunch menu! 🥐

My favorite dish was the deviled eggs with trout roe, and it was as pretty as it was delicious.

Next up I have the sweet and savory “Pastries for the Table” which includes a mochi donut and a flaky, light cheese stuffed pastry.

The Buttermilk Foie Pancake with malt crunch and maple syrup was one of the most unique things I’ve ever tried - it was deeply salty and savory with hints of sweetness in the super fluffy and wonderful pancake.

If you’re looking for something fun and colorful, try the carrot mimosa!

Lastly, the gorgeous Duck Biscuits and Gravy. I’ve never seen a bigger egg.

Brunch service is Saturday and Sunday from 10:30 to 2pm at The Town Company!
